Basketball star, Lebron James has just been named 2015-2016 NBA Finals MVP for leading victory for his team, Cleveland Cavaliers.

Unarguably one of the best basketballers in the world, Lebron has won two Olympic Gold medals, two NBA championships, four NBA Most Valuable Player Award, and countless other awards.

James played in his fifth straight NBA Finals. Since 2011 he has put an incredible amount of time and effort into building his body to as close to 100% as possible.

Lebron broke Cleveland's jinx, if you like.  For 52 years, the team was  without a professional sports victory, LeBron James led the Cleveland Cavaliers (Cavs) to a 93-89 win over the Golden State Warriors in a dramatic Game 7 triumph Sunday night.

He goes to extreme lengths to works on his body.

American Sports columnist Bill Simmons once revealed that “LeBron spends  $2 million a year on his body”.
“He’s replicated all the equipment they have in the team’s gym- whether Cleveland or Maimi- in his house. He has two trainers. Everywhere he goes, he has a trainer with him.

“I’m paraphrasing what he told me, so I might not be getting all these facts right, (but) he’s got chefs. He has all the science of how to sleep. All these different things. Masseuses. Everything he does in his life is constructed to have him play basketball and to stay on the court and to be as healthy as possible and to absorb punishment when he goes into the basket — and he gets crushed by people.”

James also has consultants to advise him on his diet. He famously gave up sugar, dairy and carbs for 67 days straight in 2014 — and regularly turns down after game pepperoni pizzas in the Cavs locker room because he hasn’t eaten pork for seven years.

James’s personal trainer for the past 10 years is Mike Mancias, who stays with him regardless of which team he’s playing on.
