Brazillian ignores doctors advice and removes two ribs to look like Ken doll (Barbie's boyfriend)

The extent to which we humans would go for our looks is amazing!

Mauricio Galdi, 29, from Sao Paulo, Brazil travelled from his homeland to the US to meet Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif from the TV programme Botched, they told him that the procedure would be too dangerous to perform.

The surgery-obsessive has ignored doctors advice to have two ribs removed after finding another doctor who would perform the controversial and gruesome operation, which makes him one step closer to achieving his mission to look like a real-life Ken doll.

Ken is a Mattel toy doll introduced by Mattel in 1961 as the fictional boyfriend of toy doll Barbie, introduced in 1959. Similar to his female counterpart, Ken had a fantastically fashionable line of clothing and accessories.
