Ms Jenner's vehicle collided with a car that turned in front of hers shortly after 2 p.m on Wednesday, Los Angeles Sheriff's Lt. Ed Winslow told NBC Bay Area.
He said the 60-year-old did not require serious medical treatment at the scene and refused to be taken to hospital.
Entertainment news website TMZ reported she may have suffered a broken wrist.
Her daughter Kourtney Kardashian posted a series of praying emojis on Twitter following the crash.
