The quantity of water you consume everyday plays an important role in maintaining a healthy body. Experts have recommended drinking eight to ten glasses of water each day to maintain good health.
Adequate and regular water consumption has a lot of health benefits. We all known that water has no calories, fat, carbohydrates or sugar.
A Twitter handle @The30DayWC is challenging you to drink water for the next 30 days as the only liquid you take into your body. No tea, no coffee, no soda, no alcohol. Just water. You can eat as you would normally do.
