Muhammad Ali hospitalized due to lung issue

The boxing legend is reportedly in hospital, down with respiratory issue.

Boxing great Muhammad Ali is being treated in a hospital for a respiratory issue, a spokesman for the former world heavyweight champion has confirmed.

Ali, 74, is being treated by doctors as a safeguarding measure and is described as being in a "fair condition". His stay in the hospital is expected to be brief.

Did you know that it is a fact that, when thrown into a pot of water, lungs of a slaughtered animal float, while the heart, liver, etc., do not?

Ali was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 1984, after quitting boxing.

The three-time world champion was last hospitalized in January 2015 following a severe urinary tract infection.

Family spokesman Bob Gunnell confirmed Ali's condition to the Associated Press but did not divulge which hospital was treating him or when he was admitted.
