Two burnt beyond recognition after tanker carrying petrol exploded in Lagos

The cases of tanker drivers and the accidents associated with the, is getting quite rampant. The Lagos state government needs to do something fast.

A 33,000-litre capacity tanker full of petrol, lost control, crashed and exploded in the densely populated area Cele bus-stop along Apapa-Oshodi expressway yesterday July 25. 

It caused major traffic jam as firefighters and other response officials tried to control the fire from spreading, while onlookers looked on. 

The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) reports that the bodies of two people were burnt beyond recognition.
