The Federal Government has vindicated Senate Minority Leader and former governor of Akwa Ibom State, Godswill Akpabio over his decision to construct a world class Specialist Hospital in the state, stressing that with the facilities at the Ibom Specialist Hospital, medical tourism would become a thing of the past.
