Rapists to be subjected to psychiatric tests in Lagos

Due to the increasing cases of rape and other domestic violence issues around Nigeria, the Lagos State Government on August 4, announced its concerns saying; “There is a need to subject perpetrators of the crimes to psychiatric test.”
