Twenty five cases were connected to the first outbreak zone, one was connected to a potential new group and the other new case had no known connections to any existing, the Service of Wellbeing and National Environment Organization said in a joint proclamation.
"There is a potential new cluster involving one previously reported case and a new case today...," the statement said.
Zika in pregnant ladies have been seen to bring about microcephaly - a serious birth deformity in which the head and brain are undersized - and additionally other brain variations from the norm.
The association between Zika and microcephaly first became known late last year in Brazil, which has affirmed more than 1,800 instances of microcephaly.
In grown-ups, Zika infections have been connected to an uncommon neurological disorder known as Guillain-Barre, and other neurological issues.
The infection was first discovered in Uganda in 1947 and was relatively unknown in the Americas until 2014.
