World Health Assembly: Details of the World Health Organisation's #SocialGood broadcast

The World Health Assembly opened yesterday to discuss major issues that will change the face of health for years to come. This year, it is attended by 3000 delegates from WHO Member States and partner organizations. Its main functions are to determine the policies of the Organization, supervise financial policies, and review and approve the proposed programme budget. The Health Assembly is held annually in Geneva, Switzerland.

“World Health + SocialGood” will be live streamed on 24-26 May at 16:00–16:45 CEST.

WHO’s work in emergencies (26 May).

Guest experts will answer questions submitted by the public through the live stream chat box or on Twitter using the hashtags #WHA69 and #SocialGood.
