He is a respected gentleman in the world of Medicine in Nigeria. He is a former Head of Department at the Ahmadu Bello University. He has also served in different capacities at the Lagos State University and the University of Lagos Medical College.
He is survived by his German wife with whom he bore 6 daughters; one of which is Pastor Ifeanyi, the wife of Pastor Paul Adefarasin of House On The Rock church headquartered in Lekki, Lagos; he is also blessed with many grandchildren.
He will be buried according to his wishes, in Frankfurt, Germany on Thursday May 5, 2016.
There will be a Valedictory Service in Nigeria on the 10th of May in conjunction with the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, LASUTH and the College of Medicine. The Service is scheduled to hold at LASUTH, Ikeja by 10.00am.
There will a Commendation Service at Saint Borromeo Catholic Church, Victoria Island, Lagos on Wednesday 11th May, 10.30am.
