15-year-old's unborn twin removed from his stomach!

A 15-year-old boy has his unborn parasitic twin with hair, legs, hands and genitals removed from his body.

The incredibly rare condition was discovered only after the teenager started complaining of pain in his belly and was hospitalsed.

Doctors first thought the teen had some sort of tumour but then found the malformed foetus inside his stomach All his life Mohd Zul Shahril Saidin from Malaysian state of Kedah was not alone; he had a brother, who lived inside him for fifteen years.

Doctors performed a number of tests and scans that showed a bizarre looking mass in the teen’s stomach and it was decided to operate him. 

But the successful surgery confirmed their fears the tumour appeared to be a malformed foetus complete with hair, legs, hands and even genitals.

While Saidin is recovering at hospital, his family buried his twin in a cemetery, according to traditional funeral rites.

This is not the first time doctors find “foetus in foetu” condition — a 20 kilogram parasite twin with teeth and long hair was removed from an 18-year-old man in India; doctors in Great Britain found a 40-year-old partially formed twin growing inside the woman’s body for decades. 

A similar incident happened to an American woman, who was living with her twin inside her own skull. And even more scary story occurred in England, UK, when a man ‘gave birth’ to his parasitic twin brother after it pushed its way though his stomach.
