Photos: The worrisome state of streets in Ajeromi-Ifelodun area of Lagos

Now that the rainy season is here,  their concerns are very understandable.
The residents of the Ajeromi-Ifelodun LGA and Ifelodun LCDA have cried out to the Lagos State Government to come to their aid as the FOUR major access roads into Ajeromi-Ifelodun LGA and Ifelodun LCDA namely; Alaba Suru-Boundary Aiyetoro Road, Otto Woff section of Baale-Mba-Cardoso Road, Kirikiri-Boundary Road and Palace -Idewu Road are in a very terrible state.

Ikenna Asomba, a Lagos-based Journalist told InsideMainland that this has even become more worrisome for residents of these LCDAs as the rainy season commences. Floods that have characterized these rains make it a hellish time for motorists and other road users.

Already this morning rain has left Berger Suya section of the Kirikiri Road flooded as seen in the pictures.
