Franklin Emuobor was arrested by Interpol after he released hi lover Luzinda's nude pictures late last year. The pictures went viral on social media, drawing thousands of comments about the artist and her estranged boyfriend.
Information on social media also indicated that Emuobor masqueraded as a Ugandan and used the name Franklin Baguma to acquire a Ugandan passport NO B1012076.
Speaking at the Uganda Media Centre yesterday, Rev. Fr. Simon Lokodo, the State minister for Ethics and Integrity who did not disclose where he was arrested from said:
"We are going to subject him to the Ugandan courts of law and charge him since Uganda is where he initially committed the crime"
The matter has been taken up by the Police Special Investigation Unit.
