Ellie Jones was born with a rare condition which deformed the growth of her jawbones, she has now undergone an incredible transformation after surgery and looks so different!
Her facial deformity condition meant that her teeth were not aligned. When she went to have her braces fitted to straighten her teeth at the age of 14, the consultant orthodontist, Joy Hickman observed that Ellie's jaw had stunted growth since she was eight-years-old.
Over the next six years, Ellie worked with a consultant maxillofacial surgeon to transform her looks and her whole life’s outlook.
She underwent her first operation at the age of 16 and Ellie, who is now 20, underwent two painful surgeries.
