There’s someone new backing up those secret child claims from Janet Jackson’s former husband James DeBarge.
Michael Jackson’s best friend and doctor Conrad Murray says James confided in him that she gave birth to their hidden daughter as a teen.

All this Jackson drama comes from Dr. Murray’s new book, This Is It.

“Conrad, I just can’t hold it in anymore,” James supposedly said in a letter dated May 3, 2012, RadarOnline.com writes. “I found out I have a daughter when I was with Janet.”
The R&B singer, 52, was married to the now-pregnant star in 1984, when she was just 18. Within a year, the couple’s marriage was annulled.

Some time around their split, James alleges, a teenaged Janet had their baby in “secret” and her famous family “adopted off” the child. The DeBarge crooner believes he was contacted by the girl this year.
“I always felt it was a part of me missing,” the “I Like It” performer declared in his 2012 note. “Now everything makes sense.”
If you’re wondering why James would tell Conrad all of this, it’s because they were in prison together that same year.
The doctor was incarcerated for involuntary manslaughter in connection to MJ’s fatal overdose in 2009.
Considering the sources, one will have to wait until Janet confirms this tall tale to believe it.
