Malam Sani Adamu, a retired military man from Maiduguri who served in the 80s, recently made a video asking President Buhari for help.

He got a response from the wife of the president, Mrs Aisha Buhari who sent him 50,000 cash as well as food and household items.

Among the items are Vitafoam mattresses, 30 bags of rice, 10 cartons of Macaroni, 20 cartons of milk, 15 cartons of Geisha, pairs of shoes and slippers, cartons of bar soaps, 10 cartons of detergents and more.
