Sleeping is considered more important than medicine itself. In fact, many people experience faster healing if they slept well than those with less sleep. The old adage that “Early to bed and early to rise makes one healthy, wealthy and wise”, can also be applied to mean that it makes one wittier and a less melancholic and poor member of the human society. He is not beastly in behaviour.
It is advisable from what medical research has done, that an adult sleeps eight hours daily. One must relax his/her mind completely when sleeping.
Worries and fear are more dangerous than the danger we fear or worry about.
You will notice that most mad men and women hardly sleep well. Part of the traditional or herbal treatment is to induce them to sleep medically or spiritually or through the use of tranquilizing herbs.
