Would you buy a one-bedroom flat for 10 million if you could afford it?

This luxury flat at One Hyde Park, one of the hottest residential buildings in west London, is Britain's most expensive one-bedroom at the moment, located at the world's priciest apartment block.

It will cost whoever buys the property, £9.9 million, which is 56 times the average house price in England and Wales. There is also a £1.1 million in stamp duty to pay. They also have to pay £2,000 per year in ground rent along with a £32,000 annual service charge.

It works out at £6,300 per square foot and is £4.3 million more than the next most expensive one-bedroom property in London.
