MENSWEAR: I'm so loving the 2015 Gucci frames

Gucci released this picture from their Fall/Winter 2015 menswear collection on the Milan Fashion Week runway yesterday January 19, 2015. The call it a new frame of reference. It is a new frame of refrence indeed because they had only 5 days to build the entire collection from the scratch.  Frida Giannini,  the outgoing Creative Director who had been working there for 10 years, left sooner than had been announced without any reasons. Frida initially said she would leave after showing  the men’s and women’s collections for autumn/winter 2016.

According to AP, a team of young designers, led by head accessories designer Alessandro Michele, came out and took a collective bow, to a sustained applause. Gucci said a successor to Giannini would be announced “in due course.”

Well trained if you ask me.
